A True Friend & Mentor
Prior to working with him, it was a hardship for me to walk my dog each day. For many years I had been active in the gym and in sports. However, after several knee injuries including a torn ACL, PCL & several meniscus tears - which all required surgery and a severe shoulder injury. I thought my days in the gym were over. I came to Danny to lose weight but my main goal was to gain mobility & get my life back. I now work with Danny 5 days a week, lost 20 lbs and can even do squats! Danny worked with me weekly to customize a program that built up strength & flexibility. I can’t thank him enough!
A Huge Impact On My Life
At 46 years old, I found myself the heaviest I’ve ever been. Lacking self-confidence & not having been to the gym in 25 years, I was very hesitant to start an exercise program. All my fears & insecurities went away the moment I started training with Danny. I’m proud to say that I dropped 30 lbs and I feel great! He is not only an amazing trainer, but he’s also understanding, knowledgeable and full of patience. Danny has become a great friend of mine that has guided me through this journey.

I walked into Danny Gustin Fitness ready to get back into a fitness routine, but very nervous about the whole process and knowing very little about where to even start. I was dealing with a Diastasis Rectus abdominus (after 3 kids and 2 c-sections) and had to be careful about which exercises I was able to do. I started working with Danny and immediately felt more at ease. Danny started with an evaluation to see where I was at physically and what I was able to do or not do, and then he developed a plan/goals from there. I have been meeting with him twice a week, and also going on my own 1-2 days a week, and could not be more pleased with the results. Danny has held me accountable to what my goals are and has tailored each workout to exactly what I need. He has pushed me to do more than I ever thought I could do without pushing too far. He has made this a much more enjoyable process and I have learned so much working with him. I look forward to each of our training sessions and hearing about progress that has been made. I would 100% recommend him and his training!!!
Here I am a Year Later Pain Free!
I met Danny and started training with him to help with back, hip & knee issues. Here I am a year later pain free which was my main goal. In addition I'm down 12 lbs, body fat, & inches plus a stronger core that supports my spine, better balance, more defined, more energy and could go on & on about amazing physical improvements. Danny also is extremely knowledgeable & has incredible insight in the area of fitness, health & the human body. So all that said Dan has helped me with some great strides & can do the same for you.
You Will Not Regret Going to See Him
Danny is awesome! He definitely pushes you a bit, but if he sees that you can't do something anymore he won't. He's super knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. He takes the time to understand your concerns like what was causing you pain.
My initial goal was to improve my balance and improve endurance and strength. I gained 13 lbs of muscle in just a few months after seeing him and going to the gym on my own. but I definitely couldn't have done that without his help. He's also super great to talk to and he's honestly the friendliest guy I know.
